Chez des patientes atteintes d’un cancer du sein hormonodépendant et âgées de 70 ans et plus, l’ajout d’une chimiothérapie à une hormonothérapie n’améliore pas la survie globale au bout de huit ans. Mais certaines d’entre elles, en meilleur état général, pourraient tirer bénéfice de ce traitement.
